Job Description
- Answer phone calls, take messages and direct where appropriate; greet and assist walk-in people; receive mail/courier deliveries; offer refreshments to guests.
- Post/courier documents; complete research; and perform other support tasks as requested; send faxes, make copies, type, and scan documents as requested.
- E-mail or post requested information; direct requests for information to appropriate staff member; escalate urgent issues to manager
- Organize meetings , record meeting minutes, and follow tasks assigned in meetings.
- Maintain the client databases as well as the cumulative database of all prospective customers.
- Manage the integrity of the Company's customer information databases.
- Provide general support to the sales teams by regularly assessing their needs.
- Communicate effectively with customers via written or verbal means.
- Undertake any other assignment/s instructed by her line Manager.
Job Requirements
- Females only.
- English fluency, written and spoken
- Expertise with MS Office Applications, including word - Excel.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent record keeping abilities and an awareness of confidentiality issues.
- Problem solving skills.
