About the Job

We are looking for a very presentable Customer Satisfaction / Office Admin Executive. She will be responsible for customer service operations and office admin tasks, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction to match the company goals.

  • Scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Welcoming visitors and customers
  • Maintain customers relationships and handle their complaints and pass it to the responsible department.
  • Take feedback from walk-Ins and customers randomly.
  • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
  • Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment.
  • Address employees query regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements)
  • Plan in-house or off-site activities (parties, celebrations, meeting, etc..)
  • Recording Tasks & Customers problems
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in business administration or relevant field
  • 0-3 years of experience in the same field
  • Females only
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work within a team as well as individually.
