Job Description

  • Coordinating with accepted candidates for pre-employment medical test
  • Prepare contracts for new joiners
  • Make sure all new hires completed their hiring documents
  • Keep Scanned Copy for all new Joiners at the HR shared folder
  • Monitoring attendance Report for all employees
  • Coordinating for medical random test on quarter basis

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • 3 years of experience in HR field
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under stress & meeting deadlines
