- Coordinating with accepted candidates for pre-employment medical test
- Prepare contracts for new joiners
- Make sure all new hires completed their hiring documents
- Keep Scanned Copy for all new Joiners at the HR shared folder
- Monitoring attendance Report for all employees
- Coordinating for medical random test on quarter basis
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- 3 years of experience in HR field
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under stress & meeting deadlines
