Job Description
- Meet & Assist at Airports, facilitate their arrival/departure process & reiterate the itinerary
- Escorts tourist groups from Airport to Hotels and vice versa & facilitate hotel Check in/out.
- Accompany tourists in some excursions/travels.
- Communicate with tourists and explain to them their program and any Optional tours they may require.
- Working in tandem with Tour Operators to achieve a successful trip.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree preferably in Tourism or Language.
- Minimum 3 or 5-year experience in the same position.
- Very good command of English language "Speaking, Listening and Reading".
- Very good command of Spanish/Portuguese language "Speaking, Listening and Reading".
- Ability to communicate and deal with people of all ages and different cultural backgrounds.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good leadership skills.
- Ability to work at company branches if needed.
