Job Description
The Software Sales Representative is responsible for selling corporate products and services through the achievement of opportunity-based sales quotas. The indoor Sales Representative will reach his business targets through effective management of designated territories and cold calling. This individual will also develop ongoing, profitable relationships with customers and continually maintain a professional image of the company. Integrity, passion, and in-person presentational skills are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain excellent knowledge of the company products such as IT management Software
- Generating leads via outbound phone calls. (30-50 calls a day)
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and -negotiations.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
- Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
- Maintaining client records.
- Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability.
Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in sales.
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- A commitment to excellent customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
