Job Description
- Control and review all the costs related to company operations.
- Review and check the payment contracts.
- Review, approve and entry all the cash in advance and loans in the system.
- Issuing all the payment requests for agents, suppliers and shipping lines.
- Entering all the payments general journal entries in the system.
- Review and approve all the cash requests from the company.
- Review and pay all the company due payments.
- Follow up with the due payments on the company.
- Contacting agents and shipping lines to pay any due payments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of commerce or any equivalent degree
- Experience in freight forwarding company is a Must
- V.good leadership skills and problem solving skills
- Details oriented and organized
