Job Description
- Support and maintain corporate networks and servers.
- Observe network performance including throughput and latency.
- Voice system support and maintenance. (Avaya IPO)
- Recommend and install new servers or upgrades to current servers.
- Handle the CCTV cameras.
- Fix all the issues that would come up with the users.
Job Requirements
- Experienced in networking, routing and switching.
- Knowledge around management, control and monitoring of infrastructure.
- Very good knowledge with FWs, VPNs (Tshoot and resolve)
- Knowledge with backup and recovery solutions.
- 1-3 years in experience in this role.
