Job Description
- Proactively identifies prospects, building and maintaining a pipeline to grow partnerships.
- Works within a retention and acquisition plan building new and nurturing current relationships through a series of personal visits, meetings, events and follow up practices.
- Tracks and reports progress to the clients.
- Prepare needed materials related to business development activities including proposals, profile, videos, and presentations.
- Develop and update databases of donors including individual, corporate, and agencies with contacts and focus/preferences
- Raise awareness and promote the Foundation’s mission and goals through networking, events, pitches, etc.
Job Requirements
Education:
- BS/BA with a minimum of 2 years of experience in development and/or sales in a professional capacity.
Specialized knowledge:
- Track record of success in developing.
- Building and managing corporate partnerships and evidence of past success implementing processes to build/cultivate donor/client relationships as well as proposal writing.
- Must possess outstanding presence, self-confidence & enthusiasm and be comfortable engaging with all levels of stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and writing skills are required (both English & Arabic).
- Position demands the ability to positively interact internally as a team member as well as externally with clients.
