Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Installing and supporting VoIP telephony system using asterisk.
- Providing VoIP Technical Support to the call center staff.
- VPN solution for supporting PoS remotely.
- Email server management.
- Creating IT annual plan & budget.
- Providing the needed help desk and support for the users.
- Determining work priorities based on business needs.
- Responsible for all 3rd party supporting tools and applications.
- Purchasing the required technical IT assets.
- Documenting any additional changes to the current work plan and making new ones when needed.
- Design, develop, implement, and coordinate policies and procedures for all areas of information technology to assure data accuracy, security, legal and regulatory compliance; assure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- IT assets documentation for inventory.
- Establish and measure IT performance relative to cost, value creation and customer satisfaction in the key areas of operating systems, network management, and desktop support.
- Managing ISP and communications vendors corporate accounts.
- Supervising the implementation of the IT function plans, as well as ensuring their compliance with The company’s rules and policies.
- Assigning work activities, monitoring work flow and directing such activities on daily basis.
- Monitoring the progress of IT projects on a continuous basis, and ensuring that project timelines and milestones are being met in compliance with the set plans.
- Following up on the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Place the IT department group strategy, mission and objectives.
- Ensure new projects sizing and capacity planning are performed correctly, make sure all sizing decisions are based on functional & nonfunctional requirements, or business needs and clearly justified.
- Monitoring and controlling network utilization and activities.
- Updating and fine tuning company network including cabling infrastructure, AP ,switches and routers.
- Detecting any possible malfunctions by either stress testing.
- Develops and maintain logical and physical security strategies and effectively communicate it to the whole department for execution and follow up the planning and prioritizing process through the IT.Team.
- Ensure the IT infrastructure is successfully exploited to achieve continuous improvement and competitive advantage by identifying needs and, developing and providing appropriate training and support for all users.
- Updating machines, some through WSUS, and others remotely or in-person.
- Proceeding with Quarterly backups for internal servers and certain PCs.
- Disaster recovery for critical internal servers.
- Constantly self-improving by studying courses/tutorials required to upgrade work needs.
- Hiring and training IT staff on new technology might needed to the business.
- Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance.
- ERP protect management with ERP vendor.
- E commerce and CRM project management with the vendor.
- Follow up ERP issues and requests that might come up.
- Developing the IT function’s work plan; assigning work activities, projects and programs, monitoring workflow, reviewing and evaluating work methods and procedures, and directing such activities to serve the ERP.

- 7+ years of technology / IT management experience.
- Managerial Experience is a must.
- Network infrastructure knowledge.
- VoIP Configuration experience.
- Knows how to configure pf-sense.
- Linux/Windows troubleshooting skills.
