This job contains three levels:
1st. Level: Pure Eyes, Ears and Genius Minds.
(V. Important)
You will work as a quality controller -> Your job here in the first 3 months just watch and report your trainer what you want to understand and report for any negative issues you see (Because you see these negatives with a stranger eyes, and we can't see it like you see), You can get yourself improves in one month, It depends on you and YOU ONLY.
=> If you success in the level one by 87% performance, You will moves to Level two, Which is MORE important and it depends on your experience in level one.
2nd. Level: Unleash your imagination.
Now You have a lot of information but need to organize it ? How ?!
It will be by taking cases contains several problems to solve it by yourself, BY MYSELF ?!! HOW ?!! I'M STILL FRESH !!!
We knew this so, we will train you to be qualified, But to be a genius it depends on you ONLY.
After six months, If you pass with 91% you will move to be an administrative positions to lead people to success.
