Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support overall design and updates for website, emails, and digital marketing.
- Translate business and marketing objectives into designs that are clear, compelling, visually exciting, easy to use and emotionally engaging.
- Support the day-to-day operations of the Creative Director and be able to juggle multiple projects at once.
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
- Generate templates and designs to support business and customer marketing requests.
- Report to Creative Director and partner on projects from concept to post-production.
- Contribute to the evolution of the brand image.
- Creates conceptual layouts in accordance with design principles (e.g., color, typography, photographic selection, etc.) for the brand, elements, and usability.

Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency with Adobe CC Collection & other Graphic applications.
- Proficiency of the graphic and functional aspects, Responsive UI and web design trends.
- Proficiency of branding, layout, color, grids, icons, typography, proportion, photography, motion/rich media, and brand to create elegant, smart solutions and high-quality deliverable.
- Proficiency of print production, including color separations, font, and proper file preparation.
- Proficiency of the latest design and photography trends and ability to find ways to adapt these into strategic designs within the organization's brand.
- Proficiency working on holistic campaigns spanning digital, print, and social.
- Ability to convey clear, concise information in verbal, written, electronic, and other communication formats; and to demonstrate active listening while engaging others.
- Ability to work under time constraints to ensure critical deadlines and quality standards are met in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment that requires attention to detail and big picture thinking; and to effectively prioritize work.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with seasoned creative and marketing team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Education & Experience
- 3+ years’ Experience graphic design, marketing, and/or advertising in an Creative agency environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Fine Arts (Graphic design), Applied arts(Advertising department) or related field.
- Pre-press and production experience.
- Exceptional portfolio that showcases creativity, visual skills, high graphic standards, and solid conceptual, color and layout skills through static, dynamic, and interactive media.
- Proficiency creating marketing collateral, UI, and print graphics
- Typographical and color theory skills.
