Job Description
- Optimal consumption of company resources (time and row material and human resources).
- Apply Lean Manufacturing principles and techniques to improve process efficiency and product quality.
- Participate in the identification of bottlenecks in the system by mapping the value chain (VSM) and highlighting opportunities to reduce risks associated with bottlenecks.
- Develop most efficient ways to use labors, machines, materials, information, and energy to make the best product or service.
- Prepare time study and skill matrix for workers.
