Job Description
- Production Hall supervision
- Implementing all rules and policies that lead to successful work
- Implement the system plan and strategy of the plant to be more structured
- The Production Manager is responsible for interviewing workers
- Implement safety regulations and policies among factory workers
- They are responsible for all activities that occur in the production hall
- Ensures good relations between workers and that there is equal treatment applied to them
- Receiving and implementing plant-based production plans
- Plant processing for communication with concerned departments (warehouses, quality and maintenance)
- Ensure the human needs of the line of workers and technicians and operators
- Processing of production requirements
- Monitor the operation of the plant at the assumed speeds to achieve the assumed range of production
- Ensure the safe operation of the plant and the full quality of the product
- Follow-up stages of delivery and receipt of the line by the end and start of work shifts
- Limit and reduce the output line
- Delivering the finished product to the warehouse and submitting periodic reports to the department
Job Requirements
- Experience in textile.
- Good communication skills (especially with manufacturers)
- Very organized.
