Job Description

  • Responsible for the day-to-day attendance of the personnel.
  • Receiving all attendance-related documents, such as leaves requests, missions requests, etc.
  • Conducting all Social Insurance documents, such as Form 1, 2 and 6.
  • Responsible for employment contracts and resignations procedures.
  • Keeping all employees' documents in their files and making sure they are all complete.
  • Preparing monthly payroll sheet, Review monthly attendance and leaves report including overtime, working days, deductions, sick leaves and official vacations that will reflect on employees’ salary and manage vacations yearly settlements.
  • Handling labor office documents.
  • Receiving employees' complaints in relation to their monthly pays.
  • Handling bank communications in relation to the employees monthly pay.

Job Requirements

  • University Degree
  • Attention to details
  • Very organized
  • Good knowledge of the Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office especially Excel
  • Fluent English
  • High customer service skills
