Job Description
- Setting-up Primavera Project Management System P6v7 for program management across the planning team with all stakeholders.
- Preparing the master program for the project.
- Assisting in establishing/delivering formal reporting arrangements on project progress for the project.
- Reviewing contract documents, suggesting changes for planning and programming aspects.
- Reviewing construction programs received from contractors and analyzing them in line with the contractual requirements.
- Establishment of earned value management guidance and tools for project performance monitoring and reporting,
- Challenge any claims and EOT requests.
- Making recommendations for possible acceleration.
- Preparing risk assessment and mitigation plans.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering (Civil or Architecture)
- 7 years (all in building construction with at least 2 years in real estate industry)
- Excellent Command of Arabic and English language skills, both written and oral.
- Experience using Primavera, MS office
- Knowledgeable in Total Cost Management Concepts & Terminologies
- Knows how to allocate the budget and establish a Cost Baseline
- Knows Earned Value Management (EVM) in & out
- Can analyze a cost report, detect issues, and effectively communicate the project’s cost performance, issues/ concerns, & recovery plans to the project team
- Attention to detail.
- The ability to see the broader picture and work out how individual elements should operate as part of an overall aim.
- Contractual application knowledge.
- Able to quickly calculate all the necessary parts of a project, from the cost of equipment to the amount of time each section is going to take.
