TransOrient Translation Company invites applications for the following position to work at its office in Giza, Dokki: EN <> AR Translation Reviewer " Full time ":
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of translators and perform post-edition, quality assurance, and mapping of linguistic projects.
- Measure and manage team performance and provide regular feedback and performance coaching to direct reports.
- Possess a sense of ownership of projects, identify process improvement opportunities, solve complex issues and proactively manage crises.
- Coach and develop translators for job enrichment opportunities and internal promotions.
Job Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in translation from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 10 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to analyze data, using the data to drive decision-making and implement effective solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively to a wide range of audiences in a diverse environment.
- Strong prioritization, time management skills and ability to delegate effectively.
Salary will be negotiable according to the experience & the interview.
