Job Description

Digified is looking for visionary and energetic team members who are ready to participate in building the next Digital Identity technology in Egypt and the region. The new challenging vacancy position is to spearhead business development in Fin-Tech Industry Regionally.

Job Brief:

The business development associate is a key role in Digified to build crucial partnerships, understand the fin-tech landscape in MENA as well as drive sales growth strategy.

Job responsibilities:

1- Building Partnerships

    • Identify and engage key stakeholders in the fin-tech landscape to strengthen company partnership.
    • Create value propositions engagement with different stakeholders in financial inclusion domain (Financial Institutions, Shared Economy, Universities and Government )
    • Develop growth strategies plans

2- Market research

  • Follow up and create update system for fin-tech industry and financial inclusion trends regionally and internationally.
  • Research different market segments market share in the region.
  • Research business opportunities and viable income streams
  • Identify and map key resources and updated views of market needs.
  • Build and document an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition.

3- Sales

  • Create sales plans fitting company direction and resources.
  • Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships in different market segments regionally.
  • Build Sales team capacities from (sales agents recruiting, create sales manuals, sales agents training, sales contracts and tracking).
  • Track sales progress for each client from first encounter till deals closing and regular follow up.

4- Management and reporting

  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed
  • Report periodically on sales and partnership progress
  • Assist management with important reporting and presentations.

Job Requirements

  • 1- 3 years of experience in a related business filed
  • Good presentations and writing skills

  • Problem solving
  • Positive and welcoming attitude
  • Ability to travel to attend conferences and meet clients
