Job Description

  • Works in close partnership with the Chief Executive, providing leadership across the company. Ensuring that internal governance, planning, policies and systems enhance the company`s capability, and capacity. Key accountabilities.
  • Assists the President/CEO with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings.
  • Communicates with the general staff on the President/CEO’s behalf and coordinates logistics with high-level meetings both internally and externally. Coordinates meetings and strategic activities with the SLT, The Management Team (TMG), and members of PRB staff.
  • Drafts reports, letters of solicitation, proposals; prepares and coordinates oral and written communication with business stakeholders.
  • Assisting sales, and marketing managers in developing the business.

Job Requirements

  • Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Very well educated.
  • Good look, and knowledgeable.
  • No Attitudes.
