Job Description
- Works in close partnership with the Chief Executive, providing leadership across the company. Ensuring that internal governance, planning, policies and systems enhance the company`s capability, and capacity. Key accountabilities.
- Assists the President/CEO with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings.
- Communicates with the general staff on the President/CEO’s behalf and coordinates logistics with high-level meetings both internally and externally. Coordinates meetings and strategic activities with the SLT, The Management Team (TMG), and members of PRB staff.
- Drafts reports, letters of solicitation, proposals; prepares and coordinates oral and written communication with business stakeholders.
- Assisting sales, and marketing managers in developing the business.
Job Requirements
- Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Very well educated.
