- We are looking for a conscientious, smart and well-rounded Product Manager to lead Noon's technology development efforts, acting as the point person on all phases of our product development.
- As Noon's Product Manager, you will be the product owner of a cross-functional scrum team focused on building and improving our products. You will identify and prioritize features, define product requirements and KPIs, come up with UI/UX wireframes, and work with developers and QAs to launch products built to enhance student academic achievement and studying experience. You will be responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning and packaging our solutions for our target market.
What You’ll Do
- Understand customer needs and gather product requirements.
- Lead the development of the product roadmap through conducting user research, analyzing the competitive environment and understanding key product metrics.
- Engage closely with the engineering team to help determine the best technical implementation methods as well as a reasonable implementation schedule.
- Work closely with the design team to create wireframes and write requirements/specifications for all new product features and additions to existing features
- Guide products through the life cycle from conception to launch to evaluation.
- Build and document product use cases and scenarios
- Build backlogs of capabilities
- Help track the development
- Assist with running our scrums
- Exhibit sound product judgment and present clear measurable objectives that will lead to achieving business goals.
- Analyse data science and market trends and identify solutions to support product development.
- Measure the performance and retention of each feature you launch and set key-result metrics for the team.

Additional requirements include:
- 5+ years of experience in product management (ideally marketplace/Saas models) with major results under your belt.
- Strong technical background that earns you the respect and trust of our engineers.
- Passion for design and user experience: your wireframes can convey a product vision.
- Experience managing the development process: you know how to make things happen.
- All-around great leader: someone capable of inspiring and influencing others.
- A customer-centric approach to designing and building products
- Strong analytical reasoning skills and a bias toward data-driven decision-making, combined with solid business judgment.
- This is a high-paced, demanding role and you'll be required to constantly adapt, grow and develop yourself. It is not suitable for those with a weak disposition or anyone who wants a regular "job".
