Programs Manager

The programs manager will be managing Children and youth (Young
Adults) programs and department.

As our program manager, your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results.

• Develop and deliver a detailed quarterly plan for Programs department
• Developing project scopes, plans, and objectives; involving all relevant
  parties and budgeting.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Research and Develop programs that complement clients and annual plan and target
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Meet with clients to take detailed briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
• Delegate project tasks based on skills and experience to junior staff
  members, outsourced staff, or partner
• Track project performance, to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term projects and targets
• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Solicit feedback on products and services
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Develop entry-level staff into valuable team members
