Job Description

  • Conduct negotiations with the suppliers, ensuring that the items meet the required specification.
  • Issue purchase orders and Execute the procurement process according to the approved purchase orders..
  • Work with suppliers and general contractors to communicate and follow-up on requirements and commitments.
  • Monitor and coordinate material delivery processes between suppliers to ensure that items are delivered to the warehouse on time.
  • Review supplier quotations to ensure accuracy and appropriateness and resolve any discrepancies escalate if needed.
  • Negotiate with existing suppliers and source out potential new ones
  • Purchase Raw & Packing materials for manufacturing plant.

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Logistics or any related field.
  • 1-2 years experience in a manufacturing/production environment, coordination and purchasing responsibility.
  • Very good computer skills.
  • Excellent level of English language.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
