Job Description

  • Greet clients and set a positive office atmosphere.
  • Answer the phone, take , messages, and redirect calls to appropriate offices
  • Organize and maintain files and records:Update when necessary.
  • Operate our access control system according to our policies
  • Create and maintain updates documents and spreadsheets and manage the visitor
  • Managing the booking of meeting rooms
  • Printing all required documents

Job Requirements

  • High school Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong working knowledge of office procedures
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Very good English writing & speaking
  • Great organizational and multitasking abilities
