Job Description
- Monitor & report monthly brand performance and submit action plans to take corrective actions whenever needed.
- Assist in setting overall marketing vision & strategy.
- Determine consumer research needed to gain insights into consumer and market conditions to lead to better brand activities.
- Determine the annual plan of the brand activities (ATLs & BTLs) in line with overall marketing operational plan and is accountable for its achievement.
- Coach and supervise the subordinates to ensure that all functions are performed effectively.
- Responsible for developing future plans for brand growth, through line extensions, brand innovations, and promotion
