Job Description

  • Taking the customer calls and record data.
  • Handle the issue to the engineers and Follow up with them till the issue get closed.
  • Record technical reports.
  • Responsible for following response time, first fix time and call back.
  • Review CRM Entries.
  • Responsible for all daily, weekly, and Monthly report requested by Maintenance Manager.
  • Perform any assigned tasks related to the work.

Job Requirements

  • University degree in Business management or relevant field .
  • 2 – 4 years of Experience.
  • Very good communication skills and time Management.
  • Excellent knowledge in Microsoft office (Excel, word, outlook).
