Job Description
- Serve and consolidate technical issues relating to software Technical functions, installations and upgrades.
- Resolve customer complaints or problems and create product problem reports and troubleshooting documents for each issue.
- Identify, analyze and resolve any technical problems that might arise during the business cycles of software.
Job Requirements
- Good Knowledge of Database Engine tools (Oracle , SQL Server).
- Good Knowledge of Oracle Forms & Report builder
- Good Knowledge of Crystal Report
- Troubleshooting and problem solving
- Experience in PL/SQL
- Welling to learn
- Ability to work individual or with team.
- Customer re presentable (shape and attitudes)
- Customer Service Experiences (Preferable)
