- Develop marketing campaigns across multiple channels to support the growth of the business.
- Clearly identify Success Metrics, KPI’s and reporting structure.
- Develop and manage all digital marketing programs
- Create and implement innovative multi-channel growth strategies & campaigns.
- Analysis of historical marketing data as well as industry trends to set marketing direction
- Provide performance analysis, ROI and insights for all channels/tactics
- Define & execute high impact A/B & testing and optimization strategies
- Build, hire, manage and lead a high-performing team of digitally-savvy marketers to support the strategic goals of the business

Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience at a similar position
- Previous experience in Google Analytics, Google Ad words, Facebook Advertising and SEO techniques is a must
- Experience in SAAS and B2B software solutions is preferred .
- Graduated: BSc/BA in Marketing or Relevant Field
- Management experience is a must
