- A technical support position (50% on calls and 50 % on back office (emails, chat...).
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- French C1 or C2 level for both languages (excellent speaking & writing skills are a must) for a technical support position voice and non-voice transactions.
- CS experience is a plus.
- Able to work from 9 am till 6 pm including 90 minutes break.
- Days off Saturday & Sunday.
