Job Description

Are you a French speaker? Congratulations, NAOS Marketing has a full-time job for you!

  • A technical support position (50% on calls and 50 % on back office (emails, chat...).

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • French C1 or C2 level for both languages (excellent speaking & writing skills are a must) for a technical support position voice and non-voice transactions.
  • CS experience is a plus.
  • Able to work from 9 am till 6 pm including 90 minutes break.
  • Days off Saturday & Sunday.

Benefits:

  • Excellent fixed salary.
  • Extra bonus.
  • French 10K EGP Basic salary + 1k related to attendance + 1.5 k bonus
  • Training 1 week paid after 1 month of logging.
