BACKGROUND:

GynaPlast Clinics are the first cosmetic Gyna Clinics in the Egypt.

JOB SUMMARY:

  • Administration Manager work to ensure the smooth running of the clinics. She takes on administrative and sometimes medical duties, to include managing clinics’ staff and overseeing day-to-day management operations.
  • She will lead the clinics making sure operations are successful and efficient.
  • The Administration Manager is in a leadership position. Her duties range from hiring and training staff to developing budgets.
  • In addition, the Administration Manager will serve as the patients/ clients’ relationships moderator.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

In her role of administrative manager of a GynaPlast Clinics, she will perform a wide variety of tasks.

  • Customer Care

Make the best impression. Just as with most customer-service interactions, the first impression a patient gets of your clinic makes a big difference. Provide info quickly, communicate effectively; take complaints and concerns seriously; put systems in place and make follow-Up calls to guarantee client/ patient satisfaction.

  • Staffing

The Administration Manager is responsible for assessing the staffing needs of a clinic and determining when new staff are needed. She then interviews candidates, hire new clinic employees and train them to meet GynaPlast Clinics requirements.

  • Staff Management

In addition to bringing on new staff, the The Administration Manager also manages and supports the existing staff at GynaPlast Clinics. She manages their performance, provide organizational reviews, and mediate any issues that may arise.

  • Budgeting

The Administration Manager plans the short- and long- term budgets for GynaPlast Clinics. She then must diligently ensure that budgets are being followed and that GynaPlast Clinics fiscal needs are being met.

  • Develop Plans and Systems

The Administration Manager is responsible for developing business plans for GynaPlast Clinics. She also looks for new ways to organize staff and implement systems to maximize productivity in the workplace and meet objectives.

KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

Internal:

All GynaPlast Clinics STAFF.

External:

Clients, Partners, Vendors, Contractors, Suppliers and Consultants.

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

Technical/Professional:

  • Up to 10 years of professional experience that includes supervision of admin staff;
  • Previous medical office experience is a privilege
  • Understanding of the ethics of confidentiality
  • Must have administrative management experience, preferably at international/multi-national organization level.
  • Experience includes but not limited to management and administration.
  • Ability to provide training and facilitate meetings for diverse audiences;
  • Strong interpersonal relationship and communication skills.
  • Customer service experience
  • Knowledge of the rationale of appropriate patient care
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Experience with assessments and employee management
  • Experience with medical informatics.
  • A skill proficiency in Microsoft products and Internet.

Education:

  • Business Degree Graduate from AUC or Arab Academy for Science and Technology is a must
  • Up to 10 years of experience.
