Job Description
Responsible for Personnel operations
- Ensure that all documents of the employee file comply with the documents needed as set by the Labor Law and Social Insurance.
- Build databases to include every detail for all employees
- Follow up monthly attendance, leaves, penalties, overtime, sick leaves, deductions, and official vacations and make it all in reports
- Maintain proper communication with social insurance offices, labor office, & medical insurance and ensure compliance with governmental and Egyptian labor law standards.
- Preparing contracts for new employees and forms ( 1 , 2 , 6 )
- Follow up employees requests and going to implement
- Responsible for supervising Administration Operations
- Follow up transportation lines responsible for Personnel operations
- Follow up monthly attendance, penalties, and vacations
- Make daily, and monthly attendance reports
- Supervising public services officers, daily attendance, and distributing tasks
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law or Business Administration
- Preferably to have a certification in Personnel
- From 1-3 years of experience in Personnel function and Administrations
- Excellent Communication skills
- Good Knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law & Social Insurance procedures.
- Good English reading, writing & speaking skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
- 10th of Ramadan, Belbies, Zagazig residents only allowed
