Job Description
Caduceus Lane is looking for a UI/UX developer who will take a key role within our team.
A UI/UX developer is responsible for the website or application experience of visitors. UI/UX Developers must have a great understanding of user behavior. Good UX developers will understand how to align business/marketing goals with technology.
- Create sketches, prototypes, wireframes, screen-flow diagrams & UI specs for testing and development for websites and mobile apps.
- Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
- Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
- Designing graphic user interface elements.
- Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and appear.
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems.
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
- Analyze site for usability and design improvements.
- Thoughtfully articulate design decisions and rationale.
- Design direction should be based on the overall product road-map as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles.
- Collect and utilize qualitative and quantitative data from usability tests and business analytics to make value-driven design decisions.
- Provide design support during development and execution; assist with QA to ensure designs are implemented accurately and with the highest standard job requirements.
- Translate user behavior and research into actionable data.

Job Requirements
- At Least 2 Years experience.

- Experienced user of UX software such as InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer.js, Quartz Composer, and the like is a must.
- Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
