Job Description
- Receiving notification by E-Mail or by Fax
- Register the incident data on system
- Assess losses and register the suitable outstanding / reserve
- Reviewing insurance coverage and assign loss adjuster
- Prepare and audit the settlement form and submit to the head department for approval and escalate according to claim amount and authority levels
- Monitor and issue reports of loss ratio
- Monthly review for outstanding claims file.
- Correspondences with internal & external customers & reinsurers
- Any other tasks assign by LM & management
Job Requirements
- Ability to apply legal principles and policies terms and conditions to handle standard claims in line.
- Strong analytical, logical and problem solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high customer service orientation in dealing with various internal clients as well as external reinsurance companies and business partners.
- Assertive and decisive.
- Strong critical thinking abilities.
- Highly motivated with an ability to handle work pressure and to meet tight deadlines.

- Very good computer skills.
- Excellent written & spoken English and Arabic.
