Job Description

  • Cover the reception desk at all times.
  • Greet visitors, determine the purpose of visit and direct them to specific destinations.
  • Assist in handling important visits arrangements including catering.
  • Maintain contact lists.
  • Answer telephone calls and pass them on – when required.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings and appointments.
  • Resolve administrative issues.
  • Reply to email, telephone or face to face enquiries.
  • Update, maintain and coordinate office policies and procedures.
  • Manage repairs to office equipment.
  • Photocopy and print out documents on behalf of other colleagues.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.
  • Collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries.
  • Provide information about establishments, such as a location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided.
  • Assist in arranging meeting and training rooms’ reservations.
  • Pay full attention to the needs of cleanliness and maintenance of the whole place.
  • Check the status of the building front plants/dining area and take the required action.
  • Distribute Eagle brochures and catalogues.
  • Follow up on expert apartments and arrange their needs of food and cleanliness.
  • Handle meeting and training rooms’ stationery requirements.
  • Coordinate, organize and follow up on the required documents between departments, ensuring their on-time delivery.
  • Review the invoice of Aramex, matching it with the dispatched AWB.
  • Coordinate with Quality Control the local samples dispatching and follow up on delivery.
  • Act as a connection point between Sales, warehouse and couriers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned from management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English – spoken and written.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Fast, proficient and accurate typist.
  • Ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
  • Preferably lives near the 6th of October.
