Job Description
- Something similar to SV/RM, but not so mobile.
- Located on HO level and dealing with team of call center/LO profiles.
- Train, develop and manage a team of at least 10 LO in “branchless” setting to the required sales and risk awareness skills.
Job Requirements
- Systematic approach to organizing and mobilizing sales
- Good in verbal communication, organizational, follow up skills should be top notch.
- More entrepreneurial rather than SV, since the business model does not exist, needs to be created.
- Experience working in outbound call center in some position would definitely be a big plus.
- Confident, out of box thinker, "friendly" with technology
- Highly disciplined and organized in terms of own time management, organizing meetings with the team, feedbacks, follow ups.
- Capacity to develop business strategy for the team, set targets, monitor implementation, identify gaps and implement solutions
