Design Department Manager

Main Job Duties:

• Responsible of presenting architecture design phases.
• Handling design process starting from receiving CEO requests.
• Creation of design drawings, budgeting, scheduling, specifications, planning and design on projects with authority to direct, control, and monitor all activities.
• Responsible for supervision and quality-control review of drawings.
• Administering all phases of interior design projects through construction.
• Supervising the work Team & co-coordinating the main parties of the project (structural & electromechanical engineers)
• Previous experience in municipality’s approval & building Permit.
