Job Description

A leading contracting and constructions company is hiring an experienced executive secretary in Cairo, Egypt. An ideal candidate should have 2 years of proven experience in a similar position. You will be offered an attractive package, and competitive benefits

  • Managing company’s archiving and filing
  • Handling schedules and administrative coordination of activities
  • Managing company’s social media profiles
  • Handling company’s communications including phone calls and emails

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in commerce, business administrations, or a relevant field
  • Tactful and presentable
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft office software (word, excel, etc.…)
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in a contracting company or a relevant field
  • Fluency in English language
