Job Description
- Maintaining candidate database.
- Handle screening and hiring procedures.
- Follow up on medical approvals.
- Follow up on pending ATMs and company cards.
- Handle crew complaints concerning ATMs or withdrawal issues.
- Coordinate training, as requested.
- Handle all operation forms such as training, accommodation, hiring requests, promotion, medical form, … etc.
- Handle transportation requests.
- Handle periodic medical check-ups based on the database.
- Check with HR the medical check-up for newcomers.
- Receive the medical certificates and scan it for the database.
- Inform HR with the resigned persons.
- Inform the candidates with the required documents to resign.
- Fill End of service request.
- Manage and review the operations cost sheet on a monthly basis.
- Review monthly time sheet.
- Handle meeting invitations.
- Meeting MOMs.
- Acts as Operations SPOC with any other stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 2 years experience in an administration position
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Very Good command of English
- Ability to multitask
- Negotiation skills
