Job Description

  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive and audience research.
  • Manage Campaigns and targeting.
  • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of a company’s social content.
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information (social analytics tools knowledge).
  • Manage and monitor social media activities, track online conversations.
  • Execute social media plan through platform determination, benchmarking, and audience identification and targeting.
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, or video) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to interact
  • Interact and generate leads through the social media channels that have been advertised through
  • Design an attractive content related and convenient for each project/campaign
  • Search other social media channels that have proven its success in the real estate industry after a full study and market research.
  • Stay up to date with the social media best practices, trends and technologies.
  • Create and manage monthly promotions.
  • Track and analyze analytics reports to gain insight into traffic, demographics, and effectiveness; utilize this information to positively affect future outcomes.
  • Full report by the end of the month has to be done clarifying the company’s marketing position as well as suggestions for the coming month.

Job Requirements

  • Has worked in this position in a real estate company
  • Working knowledge of Social Media Moderation
  • Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and resolve problems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
  • Ability to work within a team and independently
  • Familiarization Google analytics
  • Experience with website optimization tools
  • Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills
  • Lives in New Cairo or near areas
