Job Description
- Reports to the Sales & Marketing Manager for Sales
- Meet gas sector to understand annual or spot procurement requirements; maintain good relationship management with client
- Sources potential suppliers / manufacturers to meet our client’s requirements in addition to current suppliers.
- Accountable for preparing and submitting the quotations and related documents on timely manner.
- Aware of market changes and competitors position to help better our performance and market share
- Stays up to date and follows-up on the collection status.
- Maintains good relations with clients & suppliers; present for any after sales issues/ inquiries
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers.
- Confer with customers and engineers to assess procurement needs and to determine specification requirement.
- Inputs on and resolves technical and commercial issues with client assisted by technical support from supplier
- Responds to client request and calls in a timely manner.
- Maintain good, positive communication with clients, supervisors and subordinates are a team player.
Job Requirements
- Mechanical engineering degree
- 10 years + experience in same field
- Sector: Gas and water connection components ( fittings, valves, meters etc)
- MS office and MS excel
