Job Description
- Assist in producing and implementing marketing and promotional plans, including schedules for media, direct marketing and PR. This is to be fully-costed and showing measurable performance targets for each area of expenditure.
- Working with marketing team to source, brief and manage advertising creative, media, direct marketing and PR, and to ensure that all materials accurately convey agreed messages.
- Identify and secure essential media partnerships and other third party promotional partnerships, delivering strategies to maximize their support.
- Produce and manage a positive web presence which is easy to find and navigate, and which is regularly updated.
- Prepare and approve all content and schedules for all social media channels such as Facebook, twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and ensure these are updated accordingly by marketing specialist
- Write and design newsletters, press releases etc. for our events.
- Build partnerships with suppliers, media partners, radio & TV channels etc.
- Manage existing marketing team and assist in their career development
- Manage events onsite overseeing all media aspects, photography, PR, registration etc.
- Design and manage event activation's with our event partners
Job Requirements
- It is essential that you are fully computer literate and have excellent spoken and written English as well as Arabic
- Have excellent communication skills, be innovative and display imagination as well as being self-motivated
- Have good time management skills, ability to prioritize your workload & work independently as well as a part of the team

At least 2 years experience working in events marketing , ideally for an events agency
