Job Description
- Develops a brand plan and tactical plan for the identified key products
- Liaise with the advertising agency regarding the product campaign including journal advertising, direct mail and conferences
- Conducts product training for new MRs and refresher training as required
- Visits selected KOL and supports the team to implement the KOL management
- Regular double visits with MRs to ensure right implementation of marketing plans, conveying marketing message, and assess message retention and recall.
- IMS data monitoring and analysis with providing regular reporting on country and territory performance.
- Preparing and conducting scientific activities (Group meeting, local and international congresses, stand alone, etc).
- Cross functional cooperation with medical, regulatory, operation departments.
- Controlling and managing promotional budget and expense.
- Working in coordination with global and regional marketing.
- Ensures all marketing activities is done within our code of conduct and compliance.
Job Requirements
- Holds a medical, pharmacy or paramedical degree
- Very Good command in English (writing, reading, Speaking)
- Has a successful track record as a PM for at least 2 years
- Has demonstrated the required maturity to manage key brands with limited supervision
- Team Player with High sense of Ownership & Responsibility
