Job Description
- Job Role: Establish systems and manage the operation of the fleet to ensure achieving organizational business and operational objectives.
- Key Accountabilities: Planning and Control
- Participate in setting company strategies and develop operating plans
- Set, monitor and control operating budget
- Setting business KPI’s, reporting system and managing business review procedures System Development
- Develop operations department structure and control the selection/hiring process for new team members according to approved budget and organization human resources plan
- Ensure operating policies, procedures and business processes are in place and are compliant and aligned with industry standards and ISO.
- Continual analysis and improvement of company systems to ensure higher operation effectiveness and cost efficiency
- Set the operations service delivery model, authority, communication and reporting matrix
- Act as asset owner to ensure the achievement of the targeted/planned return on investment Business Development
- Develop company marketing strategy and plan
- Guide the development of company marketing kit and relevant tools
- Develop marketing and sales process and tools as well as service pricing system
- Generate business leads to grow company market share
- Manage the selling process and develop transportation service delivery model per new account
- Manage customer’ account to ensure fulfilling contractual agreements, achieving customer satisfaction and drive to business growth vertically within existing accounts Team Management Participate in setting KPIs and incentive program for the team and appraising performance on periodical basis, to ensure linking the team

- Maintain a periodical flow of review meetings with the team members to confirm strategy compliance and discussing performance and achievements Compliance
- Ensure operating in compliance with the company and accounts’ Health and Safety standards
- Review the monthly audit reports received from the audit team on the operations department and follow up the implementation of corrective/preventive actions
