Job Description

  • Participate in the preparation of the manpower plan and the appointments table.
  • Develop the proposal for the recruitment plan to provide all the manpower management needs of the company and submit them to the Director of Human Resources, Administrative and Legal Affairs.
  • Follow up the implementation of all approved employment policies and systems.
  • Opening, evaluating and reporting recruitment sources for the management of the company to the Director of Human Resources, Administrative and Legal Affairs.
  • Updating the databases of all applicants and candidates for all positions in the company's management
  • Post vacancies that are expected to be vacant according to the approved workforce plan and the appointments schedule of the company's management, screening the applications and communicating with the applicants in order to prepare for the implementation time of the company's workforce plan.
  • Design all company announcements about vacancies.
  • Search for candidates for jobs in different employment sites according to job requirements
  • Implement all recruitment campaigns, collect CVs of candidates and respond to queries
  • Receive all applications for employment and work to implement them.
  • Conduct interviews for the required posts and issue a summary report
  • Coordinate the dates of the interviews with the relevant Director of the Department and the Director of Human Resources, Administrative and Legal Affairs
  • Follow-up the implementation and conduct of all tests (eg English, computer) required for applicants
  • Coordination of interview dates with candidates and managers concerned
  • Coordinate the appointment of the Director-General with the final candidate
  • Prepare job offers for candidates according to an agreement with them and hand them over to them as well as the work of medical screening procedures
  • Follow-up the completion of all forms of employment and its review and registration as well as the executive procedures to attach to the work.
  • Sending letters of apology to applicants who did not succeed
  • Maintain and periodically update all data relating to all evaluations of candidates.
  • Registering and updating all special data and job applications for employment on the computer in preparation for retrieval if necessary

Job Requirements

  • Must have experience working as a recruitment and human resources specialist
  • Obtaining a suitable high school qualification -
  • Must be a technical or vocational training related to the job activity
  • To have the technical knowledge and skills of the skills and technical knowledge in human resources and skills and technical knowledge in the labor law and skills and technical knowledge in the tax law on wages and skills and knowledge in the social security law
  • It is preferable to obtain a Diploma in Human Resources and an approved certificate in the Labor Law and an approved certificate in the tax law on wages and an approved certificate in the Social Insurance Law
