Job Description

  • Preparation of data and cost information required by senior management, which helps to rationalize the decision-making process.
  • Implement the financial policies of the cost system, especially the production costs and the estimated budget
  • Implementing a system to control all elements of costs to the fullest.
  • Holding a complete set of books and records and a proper documentary role to account for costs.
  • Preparing the required data for the computer.
  • Preparation of cost calculations for each operation order for each production line / machine through the follow-up production models received from the planning and follow-up department in terms of recording the time and labor on the machine in addition to the value of raw materials / inputs used to extract the value-added and communication with both the financial manager and the manager of the operation of the factory To be approved in accordance with the procedures adopted by the Financial Management
  • Analysis of cost and expense items to be distributed to cost centers and loaded on product units according to loading rates.
  • Prepare reports on the analysis of deviations from targets for all cost elements and expenditure items and submit them to the Director of Finance

Job Requirements

  • Have experience in working as a cost accounting and inventory control
  • Obtaining a suitable high school qualification - Faculty of Commerce - Accounting Department
  • Must be a technical or vocational training related to the job activity
  • Technical knowledge and skills in the requirements of Egyptian accounting systems. Knowledge, technical knowledge, financial center reporting skills, income, and budget reports, performance/efficiency analysis reports, knowledge and technical knowledge of all accounting systems and techniques and technical knowledge of all accounting systems and techniques
  • It is preferable to obtain a certificate based on the requirements of the Egyptian accounting systems and an approved certificate in preparing financial center reports, income statement, budget and performance/efficiency analysis reports
  • English Proficiency: Good and at least knowledge of the technical terms of the job
  • Computer skills: Good - Microsoft Office software skills and skills in dealing with the electronic program of its management
  • Preferably in a similar job for at least 3 years
