Job Description

The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with business development, sales,  and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager also ensures that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

  • Achieves Business development operational objectives.
  • Read the market trends and Complete Strategic Planning for assuring smooth execution.
  • Creating innovative marketing strategies to expand the business and develop long-lasting partnerships.
  • Define the product strategy and roadmap.
  • Effective in utilizing and capitalizing existing resources to enhance productivity.
  • Prepare an annual budget and Objectives, plan for achieving these objectives.
  • Excellent in ground-up business building, optimization, growing customer relationships, increasing Clients with a high level of delivery.
  • Coach and develop a team for optimal results.
  • 360 degree understanding of the Egyptian market dynamics.
  • Excellent motivation, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to professionally communicate on various levels.
  • Ensure Overall profitability of the assigned business.

Job Requirements

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
 

  • Physician, pharmacist, or vet with MBA is a plus.
  • Strong experience of a similar position in a reputable organization for at least 3 years.
  • GIT, CVS, CNS, and metabolic past experience is an advantage.
  • Track record of successful experience in the last positions.
  • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
  • Meeting Business Developments Goals, Profit & Loss Operation Management at Regional and National Level.
  • Contract, Negotiation, Sales & Business Management Skills.
  • Hands-on Experience of business in the Egyptian Market.
  • Client, Key Account Management,
  • Interpersonal & Presentation Skills,
  • Building Relationships, Emphasizing Excellence,
  • Results Driven, Business Developments Planning, Managing Profitability.
