Job Description
- Troubleshoots networks, systems, and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational problems.
- installs, configures, troubleshoots all hardware, and equipment necessary to meet integrated systems objectives
- Provides consulting advice and technical support to various users regarding specific operational/applications issues.
- Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.
- Support end users by researching solutions, proactively identifying issues, guiding users through corrective procedures.
- Responsible for installing, diagnosing and resolving computer hardware, software, printer, Servers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in computer science or related field and/or equivalent level of training and experience;
- Knowledge of computer operating systems;
- Knowledge of systems administration for large servers;
- Experience troubleshooting hardware and software problems;
- Maintenance and security.
- Working knowledge of systems security.
- Excellent interpersonal and skills .
