- Responsible for all the process of recruitment
- Receiving hiring requests from the head of departments and Managers.
- Daily screening through channels for open vacancies ( Sales, Cs, Laborer, inventory, stock, accountant )
- Searching for CVs through different sources. Posting vacancies on recruitment Websites and
- Social network pages.
- Arrange the job description for require positions Head
- Posting in different channels
- Arrange Face to face interview through phone Calls with candidates ( More than 20 Calls Per Day )
- Conducting HR interviews ( Sales – Social media – Hr – Customer Service – etc )
- Responsible for the hiring process of newcomers.
Job Requirements
- Very good in English.
- Bachelor degree.
- Minimum 1 Year experience in recruitment.
- HR diploma or relevant Certificate is a plus.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office
