Job Description
- Setup and troubleshoot PC and Laptop computers.
- Setup and troubleshoot mobile devices including i Phones and Androids.
- Ensuring backup systems operate effectively.
- Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.
- Support end users by researching solutions, proactively identifying issues, guiding users through corrective procedures.
- Assist with testing and evaluating new technology to meet business needs.
- Ability to balance day to day support, as well as small projects.
- Responsible for installing, diagnosing and resolving computer hardware, software, printer, Servers
- Maintain User Accounts and Security Groups, Policies.
- Log and maintain hardware, software and licenses changes.
- Understanding of Network and basic troubleshooting.
- Develop and update support documentation for the IT knowledge base.
- Ability to challenge current processes driving for increased efficiencies.
- Other related duties as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in computer science or related field and/or equivalent level of training and experience;
- Knowledge of computer operating systems;
- Knowledge of systems administration for large servers;
- Experience troubleshooting hardware and software problems;
- Maintenance and security.
- Working knowledge of systems security.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
