Job Description
- Development of community security policies and plans and provide recommendations for improvement to ensure they are aligned with overall community objectives.
- Development of community security procedures and ensure that they are aligned with the overall community policies and procedures.
- Manage the community entrance security procedures ensuring that all entrances are guarded, entry and exit of personnel and vehicles from and to the community is registered and searches, if required, are conducted to prevent the entry of unauthorized personnel or vehicles.
- Manage the scheduling and monitoring of frequent security patrols in the community to maintain ongoing monitoring of potential security breaches.
- Provide plans and procedures to regulate and facilitate traffic within the community during events or festivals, to prevent the occurrence of accidents or traffic jams.
- Implement comprehensive security awareness programs and emergency procedures and their communication to employees and/ or community owners and sub-developers.
- Investigate accidents and incidents occurring within the community to determine cause of the accident and recommends measures to avoid the recurrence.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies in Civil Defense regarding any security and related issues within the site and ensure compliance to all regulations and government requirements.
- Establish and maintain the implementation of emergency policies and procedures for all community members and ensure they meet with established corporate and community standards.
- Propose alterations of emergency response procedures based on regulatory changes, technological changes, or knowledge gained from outcomes of previous emergency situations.
- Coordinate disaster response or crisis management activities, such as ordering community evacuations, opening shelters, and implementing special needs plans ensuring the effective and implementation of the emergency management program.
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Relevant degree in Security
Minimum Experience:
- 10-15 years of experience in security operations
- At least, 2 years of experience managing a team of security guards
