Job Description
- Ensuring commissioning, inspection or modification measures to existing plants.
- Ensuring the execution of service and maintenance work.
- Assisting in operating electrical measuring instruments and testing devices, power and hand tools, welding and fabricating equipment in performing installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of hydraulic, pneumatic, robotic, and mechanical machinery and equipment.
- Implementing all running equipment checklists and restricting all unplanned points.
- Performing all approved preventive maintenance plan.
- Communicating with and supporting the production department in times of production duties to maximize work order completion and machine up-time. Performing Root Cause Analysis to determine cause of equipment breakdown.
- Collecting all needed data to create periodic maintenance reports.
- Communicating and collaborating with external service providers.
- Checking quotations and developing mechanical recommendations for selection.
- Working closely with the direct manager on establishing and developing a qualified and motivated team.
- Leading, assessing and developing directly subordinate employees in a professional and disciplinary capacity. Determining individual personnel measures in consultation with HR.
- Ensuring the best personnel management of employees who are indirectly subordinate within the line management structure and technically subordinate in the area of responsibility.
- Assisting in planning personnel, material and financial resources. Adhering to the approved budget and introducing suitable measures to counteract potential and actual deviations in consultation with the line manager
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Engineering/ Mechanics department.
- 5-7 years of experience in Maintenance preferably Food Industry.
- Complete knowledge about Preventative Maintenance.
- Excellent command of English.
- SAP experience is a plus.
- Very good Communication skills.
- Strong Leadership skills.
